Returns and exchanges
You may return or exchange any product that did not meet your expectations within 14 days from the date of purchase. Jewels returned must be in their original condition and packaging and accompanied by the receipt and warranty card. If the item is found intact, you have the right to exchange it with something else or apply for a full refund. The buyer is expected to undertake any shipping cost for a return. En Chriso company is not responsible for any damage or loss during the transportation of goods. We recommend that you check the goods you receive carefully in order to avoid any later inconvenience.
In case you received a faulty product, or a false order, please contact us. We will take care for returning it and replacing it. In any of these cases, the exchange will be completed without extra costs for the client.
If you wish to exchange a product with another, please let us know. We will inform you as soon as we receive and inspect the products, before we proceed to an exchange.
If you wish to refund a purchase paid on delivery, please include the IBAN of the account you wish to be refunded, in your return parcel. Purchases paid in other ways will be reimbursed in the same way. Reimbursments are completed within 5 working days from the date of return. Refunds can only be made for products returnded in their original condition and packaging, accompanied by the receipt and warranty card, returned within 14 days from the date of purchase. Refunds are made on the full amount paid for jewelry; shipping costs are not refundable.
