SHIPPING METHODS
All orders are shipped via courier to the address stated during the order. For deliveries in Greece orders are shipped by one of the following companies: Easy Mail, ACS, Geniki Tachydromiki, Greek Post Courier Services (ELTA Porta-Porta). Deliveries in Cyprus are shipped by Primewell Courier and all other international deliveries by DHL or via Post (ELTA). Shipping costs apply to all orders as following:

* Delivery costs do not include any import fees that may apply in the country of delivery. Such costs are the recipient’s responsibity. If you prefer to pick up your order from a courier store do state it in the comments of your order. If you wish to receive your order from our reception in Thessaloniki, Greece check the respective box in the checkout form. PAYMENT METHODS
You can complete the paymen with one of the ways stated below. Choose the responsive option in you order completion.
Debit / Credit Card: Cards accepted: VISA, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, Diners. We use online secutity payment system and we do not save any data you may sumbit. You can choose interest free installments for orders more than 100EUR.
PayPal: You will be automatically redirected to PayPal, sign in and complete the payment.
Bank Transfer: Please use you name and order number while making the transfer and either send the recipe via email to [email protected] or call 00302310202020. The transfer should be made within working days from the day the order was placed. We will ship you order in the next 1-3 working days afterwards.

Cash on Delivery: An amount of 1€ (Greece) / 2€ (Cyprus) is charged if you choose this method. Cash on delivery is only available for shipments to Greece and Cyprus and is not available for international orders.
Credit/Debit Card: We accept the following credit and debit cards: VISA, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express and Diners.
We use a secure payments gateway for online payments.
For orders paid by credit card, you can choose if you wish to pay in interest-free installments (available for order equal or over 100€). You can select the total number of installments at checkout.
PayPal: Once you place your order by selecting PayPal as the payment method, the system will automatically take you to the PayPal website, where you can log in by entering your details, or create an account. For security reasons, when you choose PayPal as your payment method, we can only ship orders to a shipping address that you have already added to your PayPal account.
Direct Bank Deposit: The deposit must be done within 3 working days from the date of order. Please inform us via phone (+30 2310 202020) or email ([email protected]) once you have deposited the total amount of money. We will ship your order within 1-3 working days after you make the deposit.
